Challenges are rarely isolated. What shows up in one area of life, work, leadership, or relationships is often connected to broader patterns within us, between us, and around us.

I work with people who have already invested significant time, energy, and effort into resolving their challenges, yet still find themselves stuck. Together, we uncover the patterns and dynamics beneath the surface, creating clarity, new possibilities, and a path forward.

My approach is systemic and collaborative. I integrate Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Bowen Family Systems Theory.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined issue. The work begins with what is present, and together we clarify what matters from there.

Ways to Begin

The Systemic Foundation Session is the primary starting point for this work.

Ongoing coaching engagements are available after completing a Systemic Foundation Session. From there, we collaboratively design the engagement based on what emerges, what needs attention, and the level of structure, support, and commitment that fits the work.

If you are specifically seeking support through one of the approaches I work with, one-to-one approach-specific sessions are available.

IFS Consultation

I also offer individual and group consultation for IFS professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and application of the model.
